The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will report to Project Leadership and be responsible for ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with federal quality standards, contract requirements, and project specifications.

Lead all project quality control activities on large-scale federal construction projects.

Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Control Plans.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with all federal, military, and contractual quality requirements.

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives to resolve quality issues.

Manage project quality reporting and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Support successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.
