Position Summary
Our Account team handles winning new business and building lasting relationships with clients that range from startups to enterprise level companies in all industries. We aim to serve as trusted partners and industry experts for our client’s freelance and full-time hiring needs in the creative and marketing space.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and handle business development.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships.
- Maintain a high level of sales outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their business and hiring needs, actively pursuing job orders within the creative and marketing space including but not limited to Designers, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Copywriters, Project Managers, etc.
- Negotiate pricing, business terms and execute client contracts.
- Work with internal Recruiters throughout the job lifecycle while providing the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Stay organized and plan daily activities to ensure goals, benchmarks and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Attend networking events, ongoing education opportunities, and stay up to date on industry and hiring trends.
Key Experience & Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A solutions-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
- Fearless when it comes to hearing ‘no’.
- Experience in sales, staffing, or the creative / marketing industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS, as well as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Work will be primarily remote but will require you to be onsite in Oakland 2 to 3 days/week depending on your location. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, unlimited PTO, and more.
