The Opportunity
As a Personal Lines Account Manager II, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing expert guidance on coverage, renewals, and risk management. You'll work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and help clients maintain the right protection for their evolving needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a book of personal lines business.
- Review policies and identify coverage gaps or risk exposures.
- Advise clients on renewals, endorsements, and coverage options.
- Assist with claims inquiries, billing issues, audits, and certificates of insurance.
- Recommend coverage solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with carriers and underwriters to support policy placement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
- Conduct renewal reviews and discuss changing client needs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of insurance account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client relationships.
Preferred
- Education in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with high-net-worth or complex accounts.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience.
- Familiarity with agency management systems and underwriting processes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
