Overview:
Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of Texas to apply!
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. This position is Full Time or Part Time if that works better for you. This position is based in a community independently owned retail setting, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret medication orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient-specific medication therapy plans
- Monitor patients' medication regimens for efficacy, safety, and adherence
- Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct patient assessments to identify drug-related problems and recommend interventions
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all pharmaceutical interventions
Qualifications:
- Experience on PioneerRx Software preferred but not required!
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in Texas
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour
