We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the shop, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Support the assembly and preparation of products as needed.
- Utilize an ohmmeter for testing electrical components, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Help manage inventory levels, including restocking supplies and materials as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a shop or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
