Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their bag storage needs efficiently.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guest belongings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure bag room or storage area at all times.
- Take care of Driving Range and other amenities throughout the golf course.
- Stock/ Set Up golf carts in accordance with the tee sheet
- Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive guest experience at all times.
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with children and diverse groups of guests.
- Public speaking skills to assist in guest announcements or event coordination.
- Able to lift 30-40lbs
