We are currently seeking a Production Operator to work in our Gummy Dept in our Amityville manufacturing location.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily production of gummy products from gummy base preparation through depositing, demolding, curing, coating and packaging product
- Ensure batches meet quality standards and adhere to company SOP's, cGMP, HACCP and regulatory standards
- Monitor equipment to meet efficiency standards
- Maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 3+ years experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with cooking or gummy/candy processing equipment
