Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our Optimal Wellness medspa team! This is a unique opportunity for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and patient centered care. You’ll perform Botox, dermal filler injections, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), while also having the opportunity to learn and grow within our full range of advanced treatments including lasers, PRP, microneedling, and more.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough consultations to assess client goals, health history, and candidacy for aesthetic and wellness procedures.
- Administer injectable treatments including:
- Botox/Dysport for wrinkle reduction and therapeutic purposes.
- Dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane) for volume restoration, contouring, and rejuvenation.
- Create customized treatment plans based on client anatomy, goals, and best practices in aesthetics.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) protocols, including bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), with follow-up lab review and symptom management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments, including patient progress notes, photos, and product usage.
- Educate clients on treatment options, realistic expectations, post-care, and possible side effects.
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality patient experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and train in all services offered by the medspa, including (but not limited to) laser treatments, microneedling, PRP, IV therapy, skin rejuvenation, and wellness services.
- Stay current on industry trends, treatment protocols, and evolving best practices through ongoing training and certification.
- Uphold all safety and compliance standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and educational environment for both clients and team members.
- Support clinic growth by participating in promotional events, content creation (as needed), and fostering client relationships..
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification with an active state license.
- Experience in critical care, urgent care, or emergency room settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Experience with various patient populations
- Ability to perform procedures such as phlebotomy, venipuncture, specimen collection/processing, and airway management.
- Knowledge of hospice & palliative medicine principles is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
