We are looking to expand our team to include a Production Supervisor. The position requires a forward-thinking, organized individual able to grasp the big picture and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment. The Production Supervisor is responsible for keeping the floor operations safe, smooth, and efficient while maintaining a pristine production environment.
Job Responsibilities· Schedule production jobs according to inventory management guidelines and ensure inventory levels are within target, making adjustments and modifications as priorities change due to customer demand.

- Interface with material handlers and engineering personnel to ensure smooth operations and drive timely root cause resolution.
- Ensure all MDI safety and quality policies are strictly adhered to. Review, correct (audit) material transactions.
- Instill and maintain a positive, engaged and accountable team culture.
- Responsible for record keeping including time & attendance and training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing throughput, improving quality, reducing downtime, and optimizing labor utilization through standard work and process improvements.
- Leverage data interpretation to achieve closure on initiatives.
- Ability to take direction, accept responsibility, provide direction to others and lead by example.
Requirements
- Focused individual with ability to make real time decisions with an eye for detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor with demonstrated leadership
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- 6+ yrs experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to learn and use various computer programs and systems
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. English fluency required additional Spanish language competency a plus

- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
