As the catering sales and event coordinator, you will be in charge of planning and managing all the needs of an event from the initial call to the finalization of the event. The hours will vary week to week depending on how busy we are. It will be a mix of working in the office and going on site for events. You must have open availability to work any days, including nights and weekends.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff with a friendly, courteous demeanor
- Respond to the needs of customers in a timely manner and do so with a friendly and upbeat personality
- Ensure that the decor is properly set up and then broken down after the event
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure all event needs are in order
- Oversee the catering and kitchen staff ranging from 5-30 employees on site
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Keep up with the catering industry trends and standards
- Help customers plan their event while keeping their budget needs in mind
- Have exceptional organization skills to ensure events run smoothly and staff is on point
- Have a strong work ethic and perform duties alongside the rest of the team
