Sales Support Team (West CL Strategy) – Entry / Assistant Manager
Job Overview
- Support the day-to-day operations and management of CODYs and field personnel in the West Region.
- Manage and maintain payroll-related and sales performance data for more than 100 CODYs, CODY Leaders, and other field-level employees.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales performance and operational data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage various sales contests and incentive programs designed to drive sales performance.
- Support the evaluation and administration of sales policies, promotions, incentives, and other sales initiatives.
- Provide operational support to CODYs and field teams and assist with resolving day-to-day field issues.
- Process sales and performance-related information through internal systems.
- Support sales reconciliation, reporting, and other back-office administrative activities.
- Analyze data and support process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and field operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and field teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Perform other duties related to CODY operations, sales support, and field management as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with large retail customers, leasing companies, subscription-based customer management companies, or related industries preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, planning, sales operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Excel and numerical skills with the ability to manage and analyze data accurately.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both field employees and internal teams.
- Strong team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Korean and English bilingual proficiency preferred.
Pay: $47,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
