We are looking for an organized, energetic, and dependable Clinical Team Assistant & Sterilization Technician to help keep our clinical department running smoothly. This is an essential behind-the-scenes role that directly supports excellent patient care, safety, and an efficient workday for the entire team.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments
- Prepare instrument setups and clinical supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sterilization area
- Turn over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
- Monitor supplies and communicate when items need to be reordered
- Follow all infection-control, OSHA, and safety protocols
- Assist the clinical team wherever support is needed
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional environment for our patients
- Work collaboratively to keep the clinical schedule moving smoothly
