Sushi Chef – Experienced Professional
Local on the Water is hiring an experienced, professional sushi chef for an immediate start.
Position details:
- $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Immediate training and start date
- Fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional sushi-chef experience
- Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knife skills, speed, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Ability to maintain food-safety and sanitation standards
- Dependable, professional, organized, and able to learn quickly
- Comfortable working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
