To do that, we need a recruiter who knows how to hunt for talent.
About The Role
We are looking for a Field Recruiter / Talent Scout to help us find, recruit, and build relationships with some of the best people in the market.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk recruiting job. We need someone who is willing to get in the trenches every day: making calls, visiting shops, building referral networks, attending events, talking to people, following up, and selling the opportunity we are building.
We are especially interested in people with backgrounds in sports recruiting, coaching, athletics, player personnel, sales, or other competitive environments. If you know how to evaluate talent, build trust, sell a vision, and compete every day, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Headhunt and recruit top talent across the automotive service industry
- Build a pipeline of future technicians, advisors, managers, and leaders
- Visit shops, schools, events, and other places where talented people can be found
- Develop referral relationships across the Houston market and beyond as we grow
- Interview candidates and help evaluate fit
- Sell the opportunity, culture, and growth path at Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care
- Work directly with leadership on hiring priorities
- Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and follow-ups
- Help build the future bench of people who will support our growth into new markets
Who We’re Looking For
- Competitive background in sports recruiting, coaching, athletics, sales, or recruiting
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to new people
- Willingness to get out in the field daily
- High energy, persistence, and follow-through
- Ability to identify talent and build relationships quickly
- Organized enough to manage a recruiting pipeline
- Comfortable making calls, visiting businesses, and asking direct questions
- Wants to grow with a company that is expanding

Compensation
Pay starts at $75,000+ per year, depending on experience.
Additional compensation and growth opportunities may be available based on performance, recruiting results, and leadership potential.
