Responsibilities:
-Greet Customer, Take the Order, Verify the Order, and say Thank You
-Delivers impeccable hospitality with customer, team members & supervisors
-In-depth understanding of products
- Flexible hours to switch or cover available shifts
- Prepare and serve hot or iced beverages and seasonal drinks as per company recipes
- Clean or sanitize work areas (including mopping), utensils, and counter at all time.
-Clean service or seating areas at all time.
- Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
-Restock all supplies when it runs low (all the cups, straws, condiments, lids, etc. for the front). Set up or restock product displays.
-Receive and process customer payments, operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
-Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
-Take out the trash.
-Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.
-Slice/blend fruits, for use in food service.
-Complete the chores and shift checklist
-Be able to carry up to 50lb items.
-All staffs are responsible with changes made to procedures and policies.
- Follow food safety procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of milk tea preparation is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
