The Chicago office of a large global firm is seeking a corporate associate with 2-4 years of experience to join the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. General corporate experience is required, including drafting organizational and offering documents, along with significant experience with fund formations (real estate preferred) and joint ventures (real estate preferred). Preferred candidates will have specific expertise in tax or securities law. In addition, candidates should have immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools, as well as prior experience in a large law firm.
