Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and ensuring cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
- Maintain equipment used for cleaning in good condition.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
