We are a cleaning company seeking an experienced independent residential cleaning contractor to partner with our company and help maintain beautiful, spotless homes for our valued clients. Services to be provided
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas within residential properties.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures thoroughly.
- Care for flooring through carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and appropriate maintenance techniques.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or window washing when required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Experience
- Background in hotel housekeeping, residential, or commercial cleaning provides valuable skills applicable to this role.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment, carpet cleaning tools, and sanitation procedures enhances your effectiveness
- Hands-on experience with laundry services and custodial tasks demonstrates versatility in housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Residential cleaning.
- Must be able to show up on time to complete agreed-upon appointments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must be insured or willing to obtain the required insurance prior to work.
- Must have their own cleaning supplies.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have their own method of transportation.
- Must be able to provide references.
