Our client is a well-established, high-volume manufacturing operation seeking an experienced Hydraulic & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support daily maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
What You'll Do
- Lead hands-on troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical equipment issues
- Diagnose equipment failures by reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Supervise daily maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Drive preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
- Coordinate work orders, maintenance priorities, parts availability, and labor resources
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and company safety standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians while promoting accountability
- Monitor key maintenance performance metrics including downtime, preventive maintenance completion, and labor utilization
- Partner with production leadership to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Strong hands-on hydraulic troubleshooting experience (required)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience, including blueprint and schematic reading
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Preventive maintenance planning and execution experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA/LOTO compliance
- Stable employment history demonstrating long-term career growth
Preferred Qualifications
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- CMMS experience (SAP, Megamation, or similar systems)
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Experience supporting injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or other automated production environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $82,000 annually
- Non-exempt position with overtime paid at $39/hour
