Job Overview
Amerigrass Landscape Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, account management, and crew supervision. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure properties are maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Manage landscape maintenance accounts and client relationships.
- Communicate reguarly with property managers and HOA boards.
- Oversee crew schedules, productivity, and quality control.
- Complete work tickets, reports, and proactive property proposals.
- Direct crew leaders and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Maintain high standards for all assigned properties.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape account management experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Valid Driver's License required.
