Exterior Cleaning Technician – Window & Solar Panel Cleaning

Blue Coast Window & Solar Panel Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, energetic, hard-working people to join our field team in South Orange County.
No professional cleaning experience is required. We will train the right person.
This is not a typical indoor cleaning job. You’ll work outdoors at beautiful homes and commercial properties throughout Orange County, learning professional window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
Starting pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience and skills.
In addition to hourly pay, technicians can earn performance and production bonuses.
As your skills, speed, quality, and responsibilities increase, so does your earning potential.
Experienced and high-performing technicians can earn $25–$30+ per hour.
There is also an opportunity to advance into a Lead Technician / Crew Leader position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Screen and track cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Power/pressure washing
- Seasonal Christmas light installation
- Work with professional purified-water equipment
- Safely use ladders and work around roofs when required
- Take before-and-after photos
- Maintain equipment and work vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Work independently and as part of a 2-person crew

Experience in window cleaning, solar cleaning, pressure washing, construction, roofing, painting, landscaping, moving, installation, or other hands-on work is helpful — but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to jobs throughout South Orange County
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable with ladders and heights
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Authorized to work in the United States
