Activity Coordinator — Assisted Living (CBRF)
Location: Adava Care Neenah
Schedule: Monday–Friday, first shift — no weekends
Pay: $15.00/hour and up, based on experience
Hours: Full time, 30 hours/week
Quick Facts
- Monday through Friday only — weekends off
- Day shift, 30 hours/week
- Previous activity experience with seniors preferred
- Annual raises based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead daily activities — social, recreational, exercise, and spiritual programming
- Adapt activities to each resident's abilities and interests, including Memory Care residents
- Lead group and one-on-one exercise sessions
- Set up, tear down, and clean up after activities and events
- Keep activity records and track resident participation
- Coordinate volunteers and help with open houses and community events
- Report resident status changes to the care team
- Assist with meal set up and other tasks as asked
What We're Looking For
- Enjoys working with seniors and understands their needs
- Previous activity experience with seniors preferred
- Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
