Opening: HVAC Technician
City: Anchorage, AK
WHO THEY ARE:
Local, and well-established Heating & HVAC company that provides service across Alaska. They are currently seeking TWO experienced HVAC Technicians to join their expanding team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
$30 - $57 an hour depending on experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- 1+ years working on HVAC and related field equipment
- Ability to work on call on a weekly rotational schedule
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
