Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests at our pet spa and market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of grooming services and pet products, and the ability to manage guest relations efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in hospitality management are highly valued to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the high standards of our spa and market. This role involves managing client check-ins and check-outs, handling scheduling, and providing exceptional guest services to enhance overall satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage pet check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and professionalism, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Assist with scheduling, product sales, and cleaning of the check-in area and market
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via phone or email with clients
Experience
- Previous experience in pet services and retail management or front desk is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse clients
