Winnesota is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our growing warehouse operations team. As a rapidly expanding logistics company, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you'll serve as the communication hub between our warehouse, drivers, customers, and office staff, helping ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, friendly customer support.
- Monitor warehouse appointments and dock schedules using OpenDock.
- Process customer orders, generate reports, and research order documentation as needed.
- Support key customer accounts by ensuring accuracy and meeting unique service requirements.
- Enter and maintain accurate information within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist with driver check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities while tracking shipment and order status.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate special requests.
- Complete general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, copying, emailing, and document management.
- Assist with special projects and other operational duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Previous experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

This position requires moderate physical activity and manual dexterity. Employees may be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift office materials while performing daily responsibilities.
