Experienced Collision Repair Estimator Wanted
An established collision repair facility in Sun City is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team. If you have experience writing collision repair estimates, working with insurance companies, managing repair plans, and delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
This is a confidential hiring opportunity for a busy, high-volume collision center serving Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Peoria, Youngtown, El Mirage, Glendale, and the Northwest Phoenix area.

Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate collision repair estimates
- Write supplements and identify additional damage during teardown
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Work directly with insurance adjusters and claims representatives
- Coordinate repairs with body technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production staff
- Monitor repair progress and help maintain efficient cycle times
- Ensure repairs meet OEM repair procedures and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service from estimate through vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation using collision estimating software
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Collision Repair Estimator, Auto Body Estimator, or Collision Damage Estimator required
- Experience working with automotive insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, blueprinting, and repair planning
- Experience using CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced collision repair environment
- Valid driver's license
