We're hiring a full-time performance PT for our Jacksonville location who wants to specialize in an active, athletic population — runners, HYROX , golf, tennis, field sport athletes — and is comfortable being measured on patient outcomes.

What you'll do
- Treat a full caseload of athletes and active adults, 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions
- Drive patient outcomes using our evaluation and treatment framework
- Build patient relationships that lead to plan-of-care buy-in and referrals
- Work independently while collaborating with a small, high-performing team
What we require
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communicator
- Experience or strong interest in sports/performance rehab and strength & conditioning
