Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member – Dive Bar & Live Entertainment

Current Schedule
- Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights
- 4:45 PM until close
- Additional shifts and hours are available for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Cook on a 4-foot flat-top grill.
- Run a 2-4 basket commercial fryer.
- Prepare quality food quickly while paying attention to every order.
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized.
- Help create food specials and bring new menu ideas to the table.
- Cook in an open environment where guests can see you, so a positive attitude and customer service matter.
- Jump in wherever needed. Around here, everyone helps everyone.
- Occasionally assist with maintaining a safe atmosphere, including helping with crowd control or acting as a door person/bouncer when needed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Has a flexible schedule.
- Can stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Takes direction well but can also work independently.
- Handles busy nights without falling apart.
- Pays attention to the little things that make a big difference.
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job right.
- Can joke with regulars one minute and crank out orders the next.
Pay
This position is paid hourly plus tips. Unlike many kitchen jobs, our cooks share in the tips, which means your earning potential is directly tied to your hustle, attitude, and the experience you help create for our guests. The right person can make excellent money while being part of a fun, high-energy team.
