Floor Manager
Mr & Mrs Crab is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to help lead our team and ensure excellent guest experiences every day.
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently during all shifts. We are looking for a leader who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about building a strong team culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and support hosts, servers, food runners, and other team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with scheduling and shift management
- Monitor labor efficiency and support operational goals
- Communicate effectively with kitchen management and ownership
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new employees
- Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
