Job description
We are looking for friendly, talented, hard-working individuals to join our team of Baristas at Namu! We are a growing Restaurant, Coffee Bar, Beer Hall, and Garden space. We are mainly looking for candidates who are passionate about crafting specialty beverages with experience in specialty coffee including familiarity with espresso and pour-overs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Opening/ Closing the coffee bar
- Greet customers as they enter the premises
- Take orders and explain the menu to customers
- Prepare quality coffee and tea beverages
- Keep working environment clean
- Work to hone skills on bar, with latte art, and palate development.
- Work as a team to deliver the best experience to our customers
The best candidate for this job will:
- Be able to keep quality while producing speed on bar
- Be able to provide friendly customer service and remain calm under high-pressure environment
- Be able to take criticisms and inputs
- Be able to work well with others and management
- Will go above and beyond to create new and exciting drinks.
- Be familiar with latte art and provide it consistently.
