<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. <Responsibilities>
- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to menu specifications
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas
- Assist with menu planning and portion control as needed
- Support the dietary department with meal preparation for special dietary needs
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in catering events or special functions when required
- Maintain organized storage of ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and safety
<Skills>
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments is preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of menu planning and dietary requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or culinary roles is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
