Retail & Commercial LED Lighting Sales Consultant
Salary: $5,000/month + Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonuses
Location: 1881 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw GA 30152 (store is currently under construction and will open soon).
Training will be provided at our current store, located at 6455 Jimmy Carter Blvd Ste A, Norcross GA 30071.

We are looking for energetic sales professionals who enjoy helping customers and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales
- Help walk-in customers select the right lighting products.
- Explain lighting specifications and product features.
- Build complete lighting packages for homes and commercial projects.
- Increase average ticket size through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Phone Sales (SwitchToLED.com)
- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Convert phone inquiries into orders.
- Assist customers with product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
- Process orders accurately.
- Build relationships with contractors, electricians, builders and property managers.
Commercial Sales
- Generate new commercial accounts.
- Contact contractors and electrical companies.
- Visit local businesses when needed.
- Develop long-term B2B relationships.
- Follow up on commercial quotations.
- Help customers choose lighting for warehouses, offices, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, retail stores and industrial buildings.
Customer Service
- Resolve customer questions professionally.
- Handle warranty requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding orders.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service before and after the sale.
Store Operations
- Keep showroom organized and clean.
- Restock displays.
- Learn new products continuously.
- Help merchandise the showroom.
- Assist with inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Sales-driven, honest and dependable.
- Comfortable talking to customers all day
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and invoicing/POS software).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work Saturdays

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary - $5,000 per month
