Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Kitchen & Bath Focus (Primary): Deliver flawless craftsmanship across primary kitchen and bathroom disciplines from start to finish, including cabinet installation, finish carpentry including crown, waterproofing systems/tile/surrounds, fixtures, and interior finishes.
- General Interior Remodeling (Secondary): Execute framing adjustments, drywall, trim work, railing systems, and flooring on broader interior renovation projects.
- Site Leadership: Show up on time with high energy and self-motivation. Maintain a safe, pristine, and highly organized job site daily.
- Project Coordination: Work directly with the business owner to review project schedules, manage sub-contractors on the ground, and mentor helpers/apprentices. Submit daily job reports.
- Client Communication: Keep clients thrilled with a professional attitude, clear daily progress updates, and pristine job site etiquette.
Required Qualifications
- Expert Craftsmanship: Proven, verifiable experience as a lead tradesperson specializing in residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- High Motivation & Self-Direction: Ability to take ownership of a job site, anticipate next steps, and solve problems proactively without being hand-held.
- Full Toolset & Transport: Must possess your own complete set of professional hand/power tools and reliable transportation.
- Strict Requirement: Only applicants meeting craftsmanship, leadership, and experience requirements will be considered.
