Busy commercial property maintenance company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Working Maintenance Specialist with a strong background in construction, repair work, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing client relationships while understanding hands-on field operations. The role requires proficiency in multiple trades, including, landscaping, snow plowing, equipment and tool operation, minor plumbing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide estimates, pricing, and service recommendations
- Coordinate and follow up on customer service requests and job scheduling
- Communicate clearly between clients and field technicians
- Assist with and understand general maintenance and repair work in the field when needed
- Work alongside crews in landscaping, snow removal, and general property maintenance operations
- Operate tools and equipment as required to understand job scope and customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
Position Requirements:
- Working knowledge of general construction and maintenance trades, including:
- Door and lock installation/repair
- Painting and drywall repair
- Basic electrical and plumbing
- Concrete, asphalt, and masonry repairs
- Landscaping and snow removal operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance work
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Keen attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
- Prior experience in salesman services.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior sales or account management experience
- Valid CDL License (preferred).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM+ (40+ hours/week).
- Weekends as needed.
