FOH Manager – New Restaurant Opening (Milwaukee, WI)

Comp: Up to $85,000 base + bonus + benefits
A high-volume, polished-casual restaurant concept is opening in Milwaukee and is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to help launch and lead service operations from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in opening environments, builds strong service teams, and understands how to deliver consistent guest experience at a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily FOH operations including service flow, floor management, and guest experience
- Hire, train, and develop FOH team members (servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff)
- Partner with BOH leadership to ensure seamless execution between kitchen and service
- Drive service standards, hospitality culture, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and cost awareness
- Support pre-opening activities including training, systems setup, and soft opening execution
- Handle guest recovery and maintain a visible, engaged presence on the floor
What we’re looking for:
- Prior FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant or polished casual concept
- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate a team during opening phases
- Experience in training, scheduling, and service standards implementation
- Calm under pressure with a guest-first mindset
- Opening experience strongly preferred but not required if background is strong
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $85,000
