Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-time Dining Room Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of dining experiences, providing friendly, attentive service to members and guests. Your professionalism will ensure that every meal service runs smoothly, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet members with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any special dietary needs or requests
Qualifications
- Experience in food service, dining room serving, or related roles within assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and perform cleaning duties as necessary
$20 Hourly plus substantial tips
Must be available daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
