On-site Personnel Staffing Rep needed for the Guntersville are. $15-$16/hr starting pay with opportunity to earn monthly bonus and pay increase after 90 days.
Hours, Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm - 1 1/2 hour lunch- subject to change
Must have own transportation, valid drivers license and insurance. At times travel between two different Guntersville locations could be required.
- Orientation of all new employee(s) on client’s policies and procedures. Conduct walk through for new employees. (Entrance/Exit of plant, restrooms, break rooms, lockers, etc.) On-site training for new employees. Issuing Safety Equipment, ID Swipe Badges, parking passes, etc. This will assure that all employees are ready to go to work and comply with policy.
Tracking of daily and weekly timekeeping records.
- Responsible for tracking down any hour/pay discrepancies.
- Immediate enforcement of attendance policies, safety policies and/or tardiness issues.
- One-On-One daily communication with Department Managers and Group Leaders regarding all areas of assignments and performance of our employees.
- Written and verbal counseling notification when needed to our employees.
- Immediate response to any on the job injuries involving one of our employees.
- Responsible for corresponding with the Personnel Staffing local branch on any openings the client may have. Specific report that may be necessary
The above mentioned responsibilities are subject to change and/or additional job responsibilities added per your request. The hours for the on-site will be flexible and based on the number of associates currently working at the client’s facility.
HSD/GED Required
Previous training, HR or line lead experience would be a plus.
