In this role, you will be the first line of defense, monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed diligently.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security of all areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing assistance such as first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce security policies by managing conflicts calmly and effectively, de-escalating tense situations.
- Document all security activities, incidents, and observations accurately in shift reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure swift resolution.
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform surveillance using CCTV systems with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution skills.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices.
