ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Provide room orientation and assist owners and guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, or request.
- Deliver requested amenities promptly and courteously.
- Assist with arranging transportation to resort locations or nearby areas.
- Provide accurate directions and information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the lobby area.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Hospitality experience or Customer Service preferably within a Guest Services / Bellman environment.
- Experience working in a Resort Front Office environment including previous work in customer service capacity is desired but not required.
- Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and area activities.
- Familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to speak and understand fluent English; multilingual abilities are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote a positive, friendly, and “at your service” environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly.
- May operate hand tools or light machinery as part of job duties.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
- Schedule will vary based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible to work outside normal operating hours as required.
