Craftsmanship matters here. Our cakes, ice cream, and novelty products should reflect care, consistency, presentation, and pride.
What You’ll Create
- Build and decorate custom cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special events.
- Develop cake-writing, piping, finishing, and presentation skills.
- Produce fresh ice cream according to recipes and quality standards.
- Create novelty desserts and prepare mix-ins and other ingredients.
- Organize ingredients and inventory so products are ready when guests need them.
- Maintain a clean, food-safe, efficient production area.
- Learn from feedback, repeat successful techniques, and build consistency over time.
You Will Also Serve Guests
This is not a behind-the-scenes-only position. Every Crew Member serves guests. You will welcome guests, create custom ice cream orders, operate the register, answer questions, and help deliver a five-star experience whenever guest traffic requires it.
How Your Shifts Will Usually Feel
Weekday daytime shifts often have lighter guest traffic, creating more time for cake building, decorating, ice cream production, novelty products, preparation, inventory organization, and setting the store up for busier periods. The actual balance changes with orders, guest traffic, and store needs.

- A baker, cake decorator, culinary student, artist, crafter, maker, or creative person who enjoys hands-on work.
- Patient with detail and willing to practice until your work becomes consistent.
- Proud of presentation and uncomfortable sending out work that is careless or unfinished.
- Comfortable shifting between focused production and warm guest interaction.

Position Requirements
- Availability that matches the needs stated in the posting, including required evenings, weekends, or weekday daytime hours.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to report to every scheduled shift on time.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates and to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift; bend, reach, perform repetitive hand motions, and safely lift or carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work around food, dairy products, cleaning products, cold surfaces, and typical restaurant equipment.
- Must meet all legal age and work-permit requirements applicable to the location and scheduled hours.
