We are seeking an experienced CMT for our Staff Development and Scheduling Manager. This is a full time position the also includes a rotation of On-Call every 3-4 weeks.

CMT Staff Development and Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:
- Interview and identify ideal candidates for nursing department, including CNA, NA, CMT, LPN and RN positions.
- Identify the ideal number of staff required to maintain proper coverage and care for facility residents.
- Create monthly and weekly schedules for nursing department based on company policies and procedures, and facility needs.
- Assist with floor coverage as needed as needs arise.
- Share on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks.
- Ensure proper orientation and necessary inservices are scheduled and completed in coordiation with nursing department and HR.
- Identify NA candidates for corporate sponsored NA class, ensuring they follow company policies, and schedule and complete on-floor training.
- Maintain CMT license and follow needed patient care and medication requirements, observe patients and document changes in their condition.
- Uphold all health and safety standards.
- Participate in management meetings, inservices and care plans as needed.
CMT Staff Development and Scheduling Manager Requirements:
- Must be a CMT Certified Medical Technician
- CMT must be insulin certified.
- Prior scheduling and employee relations experience a plus.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
