We are hiring CDL A Dry Van FEMALE TEAM Drivers for OTR routes. This position is strictly for drivers with dry van experience. If you do not have dry van experience, this position is not a fit.
This position is strictly for ESTABLISHED TEAM DRIVERS. If you do not have a teammate please DO NOT APPLY!

Pay & Benefits:
- Up to $2,500 take home per week
- $1,000 hiring bonus
- .70 cpm
- Detention/Layover: $150
- Weekly payroll (paid the following Friday – no hold)
Schedule & Home Time:
- OTR – minimum 2 weeks out required
- 2–3 days home after each run (with 1 additional day if needed)
- 21-day run = 5–6 days home
- 30-day run = 7 days home + $500 bonus
Requirements (FLATBED ONLY):
- Minimum 2 years CDL A experience
- No SAP program drivers
- No Pet or Passenger Policy in place
- Must pass drug screening
Equipment:
- 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic)
- DD15 Engine – 455 HP
- APU, Refrigerator, Microwave included
- Governed at 72–75 MPH
Freight Details:
- 6,000 miles per week
- Consistent dry van freight lanes
- Runs ALL 48; Primary Lanes Midwest and East Coast
- No northern states in the winter
- No NYC EVER!!!
Orientation:
- Paid ride-along evaluation (3–5 hours) – $100/each
