POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of an Intensive Home-based Service, under professional supervision, the Outreach/Homebased Clinical Therapist is responsible for the provision of therapeutic and case management services to children and families being served by the program.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments (and psychological testing if M.A. or M.S. is in clinical psychology)

Formulation of person-centered treatment plans

Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy

Collaboration and participation with other clinical staff and treatment team members in planning and guiding treatment

Assist families with accessing and utilizing community resources

Liaison with natural supports, community and other agencies in working toward therapeutic goals
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Guidance or other mental health discipline from an accredited school
- Has one year experience and training in examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families

Appropriate professional registration/certification by State/national authority required (L.M.S.W., L.L.P., R.N., etc.)

Possession of a valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
