We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated position out of Bakersfield, CA. Enjoy consistent regional routes, a 34-hour reset, strong annual pay, and full benefits from day one. No prior trucking experience required — we provide full training from day one.

PAY:
- Annual pay: $67,600 - $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 - $1,500
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000
- CPM rate: $0.68 - $0.70 based on experience
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Regional Dedicated - Full-Time
- Freight: No - Touch, Dedicated Routes - Dry Van
- Home Time: 34-Hour Reset
- Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, day and night shifts available
- Weekly mileage: 2,500 - 3,000 miles

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record
- No SAP program or DUI history
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate CDL-A truck on Bakersfield regional dedicated routes
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
