2nd Shift CNC Department Supervisor

Will-Mor Manufacturing is looking for a 2nd shift CNC Supervisor! Have you worked as a Lead CNC Machinist in the past and are looking to advance? We would love to speak with you! Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Defense and Aerospace Industries.

The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Understand and support Will-Mor’s policies and lead by example.

Maintains a positive, team environment relationship with employees by communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Supervise milling and lathe employees cycle time, scrap/rework, and tooling issues.
Check process sheets daily to ensure completeness and accuracy before each production run.
Work directly with the tool room to ensure jobs have proper & required fixturing.
Establishes priorities and monitors progress, revising them as needed.
Maintains quality service by enforcing established organization standards.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: 3 - 5 years of Experience in machining and setup preferred.
Leadership Experience in a machining production environment a plus!
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
