Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our industrial maintenance team within a manufacturing facility. Duties
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and field service personnel to execute preventative and corrective maintenance across all plant equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform electrical diagnostics with tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshoot high voltage and low voltage systems safely.
- Oversee industrial mechanic activities including welding (including welding), hydraulic repairs, pneumatic system troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by conducting inspections on scissor lifts, HVAC/R units, and other machinery requiring certifications or specialized training.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS software.
- Provide technical guidance on the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems to improve efficiency.
- Support manufacturing operations by providing field service expertise during production shifts or emergency breakdowns.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment with a focus on manufacturing facility operations.
- Strong background in electrical diagnostics, industrial electrician experience, and troubleshooting electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, and engineering troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding), and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and maintenance planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Industrial mechanic experience combined with analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues quickly.
- Experience working with high voltage systems safely in a field service capacity is highly desirable.
- Military background or certifications related to industrial maintenance are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $55.78 - $75.89 per hour
