THE OPPORTUNITY
Aspire is a Medford-founded home care company — our owners were literally the first two caregivers 15 years ago — and we've built a strong reputation across the Rogue Valley. Now we want someone to go capture the market share that's out there. We need a Territory Sales Manager to own private-pay growth across the region.
You'll be the face of a company families already trust. You bring the relationships and the hustle; we back you with a real reputation, a fast-moving team, and direct access to the owner (no corporate layers, no red tape).
This is a hunter's role, not a farmer's. You'll spend your days in the field building referral relationships and turning them into new clients — not behind a desk maintaining what already exists.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing, senior living, and community partners
- Follow up on the warm inbound leads we route to you — and turn them into clients
- Generate and close new private-pay and LTC-insurance client opportunities
- Hand off cleanly to our Care Advocates, who handle assessments and keep clients happy
- Keep consistent field activity across your territory and track your wins
Note: DHS and VA assessments are handled by our Care Advocate team — your focus (and your bonus) is private-pay and long-term-care insurance, the highest-value growth in the market.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We'll set you up to ramp steadily, not thrown to the wolves. Strong reps build toward 3–5 new clients a week within the first few months, with our best pushing well beyond that. We'll talk real, honest numbers in the interview — no surprises.
A rhythm that works: ~40 meaningful touches, a few strong referral meetings, and at least one A-level networking connection each week. Do that consistently and the results — and the income — follow.
COMPENSATION
- Base: $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: 5% of the private-pay / LTC-insurance client hours you originate, paid for up to 5 months per client — with no cap on the number of clients, so your earning ceiling is your own effort
- Realistic top-performer range: $130,000–$190,000+
