Job Title: Senior Inspector

Pay: $27–$38/hour
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Inspector with aerospace manufacturing experience to perform dimensional and visual inspections, support First Article Inspection (FAI) and final inspections, and maintain Delegated Quality Representative (DQR) certification. The ideal candidate has strong GD&T knowledge, can interpret complex engineering drawings, and ensures products meet customer and industry quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined parts, castings, forgings, and assemblies.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (AS9102) and final inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), specifications, and customer requirements.
- Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and identify non-conformances.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain DQR certification and perform delegated inspections/product release.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of aerospace inspection experience.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5), AS9100, AS9102, and aerospace quality standards.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Familiarity with Net-Inspect, Solumina, or similar quality/MES systems preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
