Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure spotless surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal, yard cleaning, and outdoor surface maintenance when required.
- Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning or rearrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance checks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety standards are met.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving yard or exterior space upkeep.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
