Blooming Behavior Therapy is currently accepting applications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are committed to excellence and seek experienced, qualified and dedicated team members.
You will be providing our clients individualized treatment plans carefully created by our team of BCBA's based on each child's individual needs. We are looking for therapists to provide services at home and in the community. The Behavior Technician provides direct one-on-one and group behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings. Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing behavior plans.
- Collecting data about clients’ behaviors through direct observation.
- Maintain detailed records of clients’ progress and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT Certification.
- Drivers License.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
